I own Serum 1 via Splice rent-to-own. It’s fully paid off and registered under my Splice account.
Since Serum 2 is included for free for anyone who owns Serum 1, I’m trying to upgrade. The problem is that the upgrade requires verification through an Xfer account to retrieve the product key, and I no longer have access to the Xfer account that Serum 1 was originally linked to.
Because of that, I can’t verify ownership on Xfer and can’t access Serum 2, even though I’m entitled to it as a Serum 1 owner.
What’s the correct way to handle this?
Can I link my Serum 1 ownership to a new Xfer account, or is there a way to verify using my Splice purchase history instead?
