Xfer Communication?

Has anyone heard from Xfer tech support? I’ve sent two emails almost a month ago and haven’t heard anything back.

You may have your email address incorrect, please check it carefully in your account. We have people sometimes write in multiple times and it bounces each time which makes it impossible to contact you.

I see you contacted us March 29 and I replied same day, and the message got viewed. Here is my reply in case it helps:

Registration is automatic with authorized resellers. Who did you purchase from?
