You do not own Serum 2 problem

I bought Serum 2 through Splice. but when I open it in ableton, it says my machine is not yet authorized for Serum 2 "Click the OK button below to open a new web browser for license retrieval."

I click on Ok but when it takes me to my serum account page, it says, "You do not own Serum 2".

I'm having the same issue. did you solve it?
I've contacted support but no word yet

I found the issue, for me I had to download the actual Splice app, and while it's open, try running Serum 2 in your DAW.
