midi out on ableton

Help

While the OP's post is useless, I too am having some sort of Ableton 12.1 issue; Serum 1 is controllable through my Arturia USB keyboard, but Serum 2 in a different row, is not. I threw in Serum 1 just to see if it would receive MIDI. I'll keep troubleshooting in the meanwhile.

UPDATE: So the default template I was using in Ableton lacked a MIDI button for some reason. Inserting a new row made the button appear, but I didn't realize that at first.

I forgot the account details and access to my old email I used to purchase Serum. It was purchased directly from Xfer and I took a picture of the serial code before wiping my laptop. This account is a new one used for downloading the demo to see if it would prompt me to input a serial code and nothing is showing. There's nowhere on the website to put in a serial code either. How can I access Serum again?
