Hugely exited for the Serum 2 release. Already upgraded (and tipped <3) but I'm not seeing the option to download version two from my user page. Maybe it just takes a little while, but I'd appreciate some guidance here. I've got Serum-ing to do. Thanks!
Never fear, my Serum 2 license is here. Just took longer than I might've expected. Can't be mad at that, I'm sure the servers are being absolutely slammed right now - and for good reason! Seems like a strong launch to me, and that's before you guys even updated the homepage. Good stuff!

same. no serum 2 download available in my products. I downloaded the demo to see if I could put my serial in, but no option to. but I found a secret saw wave that plays after 15 minutes of the demo.

Guys, the Xfer team is probably having technical problems due to high demand. For those who have the serum and did not show the 2 in their account, go to the serum 2 page and upgrade. It is free, but you can contribute if you want. The download link is not available due to some technical problem on the site. It will probably be available soon.
Whats gong on Steve, looking to upgrade to Serum 2 but Nerve is the only plugin appearing in my available downloads. I did purchase it from Splice so any help or suggestions with that would be dope đź’Ż

Today I ran the installer on my laptop and when trying to authenticate, my account page says that I do'n own Serum… ?

Helllooooo. I have the same issue. I purchased Serum 1 on Splice a few years ago. I use the same email for Splice and XFER but when I log in the only plugin available to download is the LFO tool. How do I go about getting Serum to show up in my account? I also tried to download Serum 2 through the "upgrade" link, but it just takes me to a page without a download link haha.

Just wanted to inform you that it was my fault. I use a password manager and it automatically loged me in with the e-mail I used to demo Serum. The one I used to buy it from Splice is different, but I registered it here on xfer.
Logged in with the Splice e-mail and there was my Serum 2 license :)
Im in the same boat- no update available on splice account. Maybe the server is overloaded? I'll keep trying..

It was my fault too, I stole your move and it worked. I definitely had the wrong email associated with the account I purchased Serum with.
I was waiting for an update from Splice while my Rent to Own was in the Active state, but I was just able to install Serum2 from the Splice Desktop App. It's really great that you can install it new without overwriting Serum!
It seems the system works as follows(Splice): people who haven't finished their Splice Rent to Own can update through the Desktop App, while people who have completed their Rent to Own can log in using the email address registered with Splice through Xfer's password reset and update that way.

The issue was fixed for me not long after this thread yesterday. Not purchased through splice. It’s so good!
I forgot the account details and access to my old email I used to purchase Serum. It was purchased directly from Xfer and I took a picture of the serial code before wiping my laptop. This account is a new one used for downloading the demo to see if it would prompt me to input a serial code and nothing is showing. There's nowhere on the website to put in a serial code either. How can I access Serum again?

Yeah this is honestly annoying. I have the same issue. I bought it through here (XFER Records) and get the same "This machine is not authorized for Serum 2" error. They should really add a "enter serial number" option. I tried clicking the "Ok" or "Help" but nothing happens. Really dissapointing.
Correctly installed in my computer ( Windows) after downloaded the Installer Serum 2 but Ableton do not show up Serum 2. I did the installation several time but no change. I do not think it is Ableton live issue because reading all comments it seems Logic has some issues like that.
Quite desapointing because I paid some TIP for it and it is not working ,,,
