Hey Steve,
I'm installing your plugins on a new machine and created a directory at this path: C > Program Files > VSTPlugins > Xfer Records
The OTT installer kept unpacking the DLL file right in the root of C.
Never had this issue before. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times before just cutting and pasting the DLL where I wanted it. Maybe it's because I didn't reboot after making the folder, but hard to imagine that's why.
Regardless, just thought I should bring this up.
Cheers,
Nathan.
Hi, I have the same bug in 1.37 OTT. VST2 64-bit version installs in root of C disk. And installer for v1.37 does not offer location for VST2 64-bit. Only offer install path for VST2 32-bit plug. Seems just needs to fix installer itself.
hi, i have still the same problem. please give us answer/support result for this issue.
Me too and it's still not fixed.
Steve, please fix this!!!
Here's a workaround that worked for me just now. After installing, go to the C drive folder and search "OTT" You'll find the .vs3 file and the .dll , then you can just move them to the folder you intended to have them in. Hope it helps someone!
