I was going to buy Cthulhu today on my other computer that doesn't have a daw on it but also has antivirus and other programs to protect my stuff.. I was wondering if I bought this would I be able to use it on the other computer with my daw.

Yes it is not a problem to purchase (or even download) on one machine and then install/use on another.
