Hi. I've had Serum on splice for a while now, but after updating it, it no longer opens in Ableton. Serum appears in my VST list, but when I open it, it simply creates a new midiclip without Serum. I've reinstalled 2 times now and it still doesn't work. Any help would be much welcome! Thanks.
Maybe you're on macOS and Live is older/32-bit (check Splash)? I'd suggest to visit the support page, include your OS information
Hi Steve, thanks for responding so soon! I'm using Windows 10. It's giving me the error in Ableton:
Failed to create the VST3 plug-in ''Serum''
The VST3 plug-in could not be opened.
A thing to note - The vst2 doesn't even show. Only the VST3 which doesn't work. The dll's are in the plugin folder which my ableton is set to.
