Serum not working on windows 10

I was able to work with the serum demo on Windows 7 but when i switched to Windows 10, the problem occured that serum was stored in the plugins list but i was unable to open it. (i have fl studio 12.4.2) Do you have any solution for this poblem?

Try reinstalling the demo.

i reinstalled the demo but the problem is still appearing. Can i please send you a screeanshot of the situation because it opens only as a toolbar with pitch, volume etc..

Try deleting Serum Presets folder in Documents\Xfer and re-installing the demo.
