I downloaded the demo version of Serum to try it and maybe buy it. But when I open Serum in FL Studio, FL Studio create a sampler and open Serum but Serum doesn't play any sound when I add notes or use the keyboard.
Is it the same with the bought version ?
sounds like it's adding it as an effect, refer to your FL documentation for adding VST instruments, or route it in a patcher if you know how to do that.

Installed The Demo and have the rent to own version from splice both installed but neither will show up in FL Studio 12
You need to go to FL12->Options->Manage plugins and add a path to the location you selected when installing Serum VST (Serum.dll / Serum_x64.dll)

Hi, I have serum and i have a key for serum (not demo) but in FL12, serum dont ask me the key, so i just have one sample on serum and i havnt interface on it
