Missing skin folder

skins

I've just downloaded the demo version for Serum, but when I open it seems like the "Skins" folder is missing. I've already read previous topics about this same issue, but I wasn't able to solve the problem :(

go to C:\%APPDATA%\ and delete Xfer folder
go to \Documents\ and delete Xfer folder
reinstall the demo, make sure it is a 1.2x demo not 1.00
