LFO TOOL & BlueARP & ABL3 in ABLETON!?

Hello lovely people out there in midiland ;-)

Just one (maybe) simple question:

Is it possible to do something like this: => https://youtu.be/xInQ3t5pTjE (short video) in ABLETON Live.
I tried anything but can´t get it to work.

I just want to trigger the ABL3 Cutoff with the LFO TOOL like in the video. Works perfect in Logic, but i can´t find a workaround for ABLETON.

PLEASE - anyone has an idea or can show/explain to me how to do that in ABLETON Live!
That would be really great!
