I bought serum and i put the presets into the folder and the presets wont open when i try to open them in serum, i have serum updated, just a little bit ago, about two days, i couldnt find serum anywhere, i checked ableton, fl Studio, and i checked the Xfer folder in my documents folder and it was gone, i tried to download it again but it said i had to buy it again, please help

Check the "build" on global tab, it should say 1.1xx not 1.0xx - if not, you need to update. Nothing should say you need to buy again, you should contact me [email protected] with a screenshot of what you're referring to as I don't have any message that says "you need to buy again".

I downloaded the serum demo then installed it….but why doesnt the plugin come in my fl studio 12?im searching everywhere for this…..please give me a solution :'(
You need to look where you installed the Serum Demo vst (if unsure, run again, and watch where you select for installing the vst) and then you need to "add a vst path" in FL12->Options->Manage Plugins or move the Serum.dll / Serum_x64.dll to a location already set there. Then click rescan and look in that list.
When I install the serum, many files are skipped, what should I do? just appear serum.dll
You can disable your antivirus software which is probably blocking the creation of files. Or you can extract "Serum Presets" folder for \Documents\Xfer by opening the .exe with 7-zip (freeware).
