Just investigating this amazing plugin for the first time and wondering if it's possible to drag and drop (or otherwise export) a midi pattern from the plug to the arrange in Logic X? (I like tweaking arps to humanize the feel, moving events slightly off the grid etc)
Thankz ahead
I would suggest (freeware) MIDI FX Freeze from AudioCR.com to capture your actual performance (e.g. if you have source notes in the Logic track playing a chord progression or something fancy). I would also suggest asking Apple to support printing (freezing) MIDI FX without relying on a 3rd party utility (the more they hear about it, the more likely they will add it, as most DAW's can do this).
Cthulhu can export the selected arp pattern as a MIDI file with alt-drag the A-L button, but that isn't going to capture e.g. a chord progression.
Greetz Steve,
Alt-dragging the A button I only get an empty region with no arp?
Cheerz for recommending Midi Capture and Midi FX Freeze apps, got both now ;-))
I will make that move re Apple 4 sure.
It is disabled in the demo version.
Cannot resist this Baby, the Bach Chorales were the clincher (not to mention awesome support, dunno how U do it on top of designing all-stellar kit?).
