LFOTool + Nerve Crashing Ableton Live

Hey Steve + Xfer Software Owners,
First of all I fucking love Nerve and LFO Tool. They are beautifully designed pieces of software. But..... I think one of the plugins is crashing my Ableton sessions. I have never had a problem with my sessions until I installed the xfer plugins. If i use LFO Tool or Nerve in a session there is a good chance that it will crash on startup the next time I open the session. The only way I can salvage my sessions is to remove my preferences.cfg from my Live folder and start again. But once I do that I loose the settings I had in LFO Tool and Nerve because they have to be disabled for the session to open. I suppose I just save all of my patterns and samples but I would rather it just not crash. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me, I've looked for a solution but can't seem to find any.
