Drag in samples in Cubase 6?

Been using the Nerve Demo in Cubase 6, but discovered I cant drag and drop samples like seen in various videos, e.g. in Logic or Live. I wonder if it's not possible in Cubase or if there's a setting somewhere I'm missing?

I tried dropping samples dragged over from the media bay in Cubase, but it isn't working...?
